United Terran Planets’ Small Craft

Small Craft lines are built around accomplishing a specific mission. Number systems were dropped for naming aircraft. instead an initial designation then Mk was used. For air superiority, the Raptor & Eagle cannot be rivaled. For strike missions the Warthog is your choice. Cheap options like the Falcon or Lightning can be used as a primary aircraft for a fleet. an all rounder option could be the Hornet. The UTP line has an option for you.

Raptor Mk 28
Stealth Fighter

When Stealth and firepower are your needs, the Raptor is for you. Stealth characteristics that rival anything else out there give you the drop on hostiles. The knowledge of these operating in the system can usually create a great influence in peaceful resolutions and activities. Many iterations of the design occur to stay ahead of detection.

EAgle Mk 12
Heavy Fighter

When space superiority is needed, the Eagle’s is what you need. High Payload capacity, sturdy frame, and exceptional speed are a few of the Eagle’s strengths. It is much more maneuverable than it’s frame suggest and has a long range. When supplementing your force and you need a hammer, the Eagle is your ship.

Medium Fighter

An extremely adaptive medium fighter is the Hornet platform. The Hornet is not the fastest. the Hornet does not have the biggest payload. The Hornet does not have extreme stealth. The Hornet does provide a good level of performance at a decent cost. A very adaptable and great all around craft, the Hornet can do it all.

light Stealth Fighter

When you need a cost effective option involving lower radar profiles, the Lightning is your craft. Lower payloads but reduced detection leads to a platform that only needs to deal with what they’re tasked for. Quick Strike or engagements are their specialty. the cost allows for more numbers, and they thrive in numbers.

Light Fighter

The falcon is a long lineage of fighters that are good options, but main strength is the ability to have high numbers of them. The Falcon is known for having a basic set of equipment, simple design, and smaller payloads.

Warthog Mk 6
Attack Fighter

Specialized to take a beating and deliver one, the warthog is feared by those that find themselves looking at the front. The highest payload and boasting large forward facing guns, few targets are around for a second pass. Variant pictured is a torpedo bomber.
